We process orders immediately and arrange same day despatch of all orders placed by 2PM. Deliveries are sent for next working day delivery.
Working days are Monday-Friday excluding UK bank holidays. Free Next Day Delivery does not include weekend delivery. We are able to arrange weekend deliveries at additional charge.
If you require a delivery other than next day please add your preferred delivery date at checkout.
We offer Free next day delivery on 1,000’s of products to mainland UK addresses for orders placed before 2PM.
(Highlands, islands and remote locations incur an additional delivery charge).
For most orders you’ll receive a 2hr delivery window the evening before your delivery.

We’re pleased to offer 14 day fuss free returns. We can arrange collection at cost or you can use your own courier for return shipping.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damages and delivery issues must be reported to us within 24hrs of delivery.
Should you wish to return a product you must let us know within 14 days of delivery.
